We're planning a trip with 3 young children to Disney this year. Will we be able to see the Magic Kingdom firework show from a family suite at the Art of Animation hotel? If so, which suites offer the best view, if not which hotel would you recommend?

Hello, Alicia! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of my family's favorites, and it's tons of fun for your little ones! They can take a dip in the Big Blue Pool, climb on the Righteous Reef playground and check out larger-than-life versions of their favorite Disney movie friends from "Cars," "Finding Nemo," "The Lion King" and "The Little Mermaid." You won't be able to see the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park from Art of Animation, but there are so many other wonderful things to do at this amazing resort hotel, I really don't think you need to change your plans.

If you should decide that you do want to make a change, the resorts along the monorail loop near the Magic Kingdom are the best ones for seeing the park's nightly fireworks show. These include Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Contemporary Resort.

I hope this helps you make your decision, Alicia. If you need more tips on planning your Walt Disney World vacation, please visit us again. Wishing you a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
