Ahoy, Jennifer!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are the best auntie ever! Your nieces will have the times of their lives spending their Spring Break aboard Disney Cruise Line! You asked such a difficult question! Both the Disney Dream and Disney Wonder are packed with fun and excitement on every deck!
The Disney Dream and Disney Wonder both have the
Youth Club, Edge, onboard. This hangout, exclusive to Guests ages 11-14, will be a place your nieces will love to visit throughout their cruise! Both ships boast Broadway-style musicals, splashtacular pools and incredibly-themed restaurants onboard, too! With all that being said, if I was planning a Spring Break vacation for my nieces on a Disney Cruise for the first time, I think I would choose the Disney Dream just because it's my favorite ship!
One "must-do" that I would like to suggest is choosing an itinerary that stops at
Disney's private island, Castaway Cay. You and your nieces can pack your day filled with
snorkeling, beach volleyball or exploring the island via bicycle! If you prefer a more low-key island getaway, your nieces can check out the teen-exclusive Teen Hideout while you sway in a hammock on the adults-only beach, Serenity Bay. Castaway Cay is so beautiful and a perfect place to visit during your nieces' Spring Break cruise!
Jennifer, you have a tough decision to make but I know that your nieces will fall in love with either the Disney Dream or Disney Wonder! Hopefully you'll find an itinerary that is "practically perfect in every way" and that will decide for you which ship to choose! Please visit us again as you continue planning this vacation of a lifetime!
