Hello Cassidi!
Your little ones are in for such a magical time! Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and letting us help you plan!
My go-to site when looking for help on toddler trips is the
Planning For Pre-School Kids and Little Ones section of the Walt Disney World Resort website. Here you'll find information on what rides and attractions are appropriate, sample itineraries and even tips from moms like me!
Along with that resource, here are a few tips I like recommending to those traveling with smaller kiddos:
1. Pack snacks, drinks and things to do while waiting in line. I like to tuck a small, soft-side, cooler under the stroller with a few juices and favorite snacks. Not only do they keep the kids occupied while we are waiting in line, but full tummies also help avoid tantrums. I also like to keep a sticker book, or notepad, or other items to keep them entertained. This way they aren't always asking for my phone and draining the battery.
2. Make sure you don't over plan. It's easy to do with so many attractions at Walt Disney World Resort, but make sure you leave time for unplanned magic. Also, you may want to leave time in the day for naps or rests back at the resort.
3. I suggest purchasing
Memory Maker and using Disney's PhotoPass Service as much as possible. While it is a little expensive, capturing and saving all those magical moments and precious memories is worth every penny.
Have a wonderful trip, Cassidi, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.
Pixie Dust,
Lauren
