Planning a trip for 25 and was wondering how do I go about the grand gathering what i need to do

    Hi Deshawna,

Thanks for writing.  Disney World is a fantastic venue for a vacation with a large number of people travelling together.  For more information on planning with large travel parties, please click HERE. You can also start by calling Disney's Grand Gathering Travel Planning Line by calling 407-WDW-PLAN (407-939-7526). Cast Members can assist you with making your lodging and dining reservations. Your group will be given a Grand Gathering number that will link all of your lodging reservations together. This will help to ensure that (if available) your group has rooms near each other at your Disney resort.  In addition, by being part of a Grand Gathering, you can participate in several special experiences (based on availability) including: The Safari Celebration Dinner, the Good Morning Gathering and the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception.

I recommend booking your dining (and the Grand Gathering Experiences) as soon as possible, up to 180 days prior to your arrival, to ensure that you can dine together at the restaurants you are most interested in visiting.

    Have a wonderful trip!
