Hi Steven!
The Fort Wilderness Resort is one of my favorite places to stay while at Walt Disney World.
Disney offers complimentary
Transportation between all resorts and the parks and Disney Springs. It can either be by bus, water craft, or monorail. There is not a specific map to show the routes but it is easy to understand.
The monorail will form a loop and connect the Transportation and Ticket Center, Polynesian resort, Grand Floridian resort, Magic Kingdom, and Contemporary resort. At the Transportation and Ticket Center you can also get on the monorail that will take you to Epcot and back.
There are buses between each of the parks and you can now choose the
Express Transportation Option which for a small cost will allow you to go from park to park by special backstage bus.
When staying at Fort Wilderness you can only reach the Magic Kingdom via water craft and you catch those at the marina. Internal buses will take you to that location. All other parks and Disney Springs buses will depart from the front of the resort. There is an electronic sign there which allows you to see how long the wait will be for the bus you are needing. Internal buses will also take you to that location.
Hope this helps with your planning for your upcoming Disney vacation!
