Planning a trip for our WHOLE family including 8 kids (infant to age 12) and 10 adults! What are the best restaurants for large groups? Want to do a few meals with everyone. Already planning on the Luau. Thanks!

Hi Heather! Sounds like a great family vacation and something my family did for years and there were 16 of us!

All Disney restaurants will accommodate a large group but understand that you might have to sit a several tables. We found that this was not a negative but a plus. We drew names for who would sit at what table and it always allowed us to mix and match and enjoy everyone's company throughout the vacation. Of coure babies stayed with moms or dads but kids were separated and it sometimes seemed like they behaved better with other family members.

Some of the fun places to dine include Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge, Prime Time in Hollywood Studios, Germany in Epcot, Via Napoli in Epcot, La Hacienda in Epcot, Japan in Epcot, Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom, Yachstman Steakhouse in the Yacht Club, and the special dining shows such as Hoop Dee Doo and the Luau.  But just make reservations for the cuisine that you think would add fun and variety to the group and make sure you try for reservations on the first day possible since you do have a large group.

Enjoy this fun family reunion trip and the great Disney dining!
