We are planning a trip the 2nd week of December 2013 to Disney World. What's the weather like and can you give me an idea of the crowds? Also, I'm planning to play golf everyday....weather is important. We love the Magic. This will be our 12th trip.

You are going to have an amazing time at the Happiest Place on Earth over the winter holidays in 2013. I was there the exact same week last year for Moms Panel Training so I am very familiar with the weather. The good news is it will be just perfect. Maybe a brief rain shower here and there but for the most part it will be awesome. As a golfer I am sure you know about wearing several layers, that will hold true in Orlando in December. It will be perfect for golf on one of the amazing Disney courses. The long time home of the annual Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Classic played on the award-winning Disney courses – Disney's Magnolia Golf Course and Disney's Palm Golf Course, there will be some great links play for you. I prefer the 9 holes by 11am special offer for guests staying at any Disney Resort hotel. It allows them to enjoy great rates on an early-morning 9-hole round at Disney's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course. Just call (407) WDW-GOLF to schedule the tee time. As for crowds, this is a great time to go because it will be right before traditional public schools let out for winter break. That helps quite a bit with the crowds. As always, the sooner you arrive at the parks after they open, the less the crowds. I hope this assists you and I am hoping you shoot a 59! I will see you at the parks.

As a Los Angeles native I basically grew up at Disneyland. It has always been so easy to take my family on the short drive to the Happiest Place on Earth. Watching my daughters make magical memories reminds me why I keep coming back. Learn More About Ari
