We are planning a trip for our 17th wedding anniversary in May 2010. We will be staying at the AKL Jambo Villas. It will be me, my husband, and our three boys ages 5, 12, and 14. The older two would like to know how deep the pool is at its deepest point.

Hi Angel, You have chosen a wonderful Resort to celebrate your Anniversary with your family!

Both the Jambo and Kidani pools at Animal Kingdom Lodge are 4 feet, 11 inches at their deepest points.
When we stayed in a Jambo villa, my children really enjoyed the slide at that pool. Your youngest son will enjoy the zero-entry part...he can walk right in down the ramp, and decide how deep to go.

Have you made dinner reservations at Boma yet? It is one of our "must do" meals on each trip, such a variety of delicious food!
