We are planning a trip to WDW with a 2 year old and a 6 month old. What I was needing to know is what can we take into the park and what is not allowed? Am I allowed to take in snacks, etc. for the kids?

You are most certainly welcome to bring snacks for your children into the theme parks, Chris.  My family likes to bring things like dried fruits, crackers, and pretzels with us when we visit Disney parks.  As a mom of four, I know that those little snacks can really save the day when you're stuck waiting in line for an attraction or on the curb for a parade to start.  You're also welcome to bring in bottles, sippy cups, etc--basically the tools of the parenting trade that will help to ensure your little ones are kept healthy, hydrated and happy.  Bottled water is also permitted.  I hope that helps, but if you have a specific item that I didn't cover and you're curious about, don't hesitate to ask again.  Enjoy your trip!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
