We are planning a trip to WDW with our 1 and 4-year old girls. We were thinking of visiting magic king, animal kingdom and blizzard beach. Which deluxe resort would you recommend re location and theme. My 4-yera old loves princesses and animals...

    Hi Santina!

With regards to theming, the Animal Kingdom Lodge can not be beat, especially if somebody in your party loves animals.  It's just like being in Africa surrounded by exotic animals.  However, if you will be relying on Disney transportation, then you should know that the Animal Kingdom Lodge is rather remote compared to ever thing else in Walt Disney World.  I say this, because you have a one year old as well and perhaps you would like the ability to quickly get back to your hotel for a nap, to relax, etc.

If you are going to spend a lot of time in the Magic Kingdom, then it is hard to beat a Magic Kingdom monorail resort for quick access to your hotel room.  I personally like the Polynesian the best, but the Contemporary and the Grand Floridian are also very nice.  Pool-wise, I think the Polynesian's theme of a volcano pool would appeal the most to your 4 year old.

Good luck with your decision and write back if you have any more questions!
