I am planning a trip to WDW 4/21-4/26?? Wondering about crowds and weather?? Is this a good time to go or should I wait till the beginning of May?

    Hi, Janice!

I was in Walt Disney World just about those same travel dates this year, and it was delightful!  The weather was warm but not *too* hot, we could swim any time of the day, we had little rain, and the Spring Break crowd was cleared out for the season!  It really was ideal.

You will see the same travel conditions into early May.  Once kids start getting out of school (some start summer break as early as mid-May) then the crowds will pick-up.   Either late April or early May will both be pleasant, but I would choose the April dates, just hoping for a few degrees of cooler temperatures!

Keep watching HERE for Special Offers and maybe you will even find a great travel deal!  Good luck and happy planning.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
