Hi, I am planning my 2nd trip to WDW the week of Christmas 2011 and have heard that many of the park restaurants charge a premium during the holidays & do not accept the Dining Plan--Is this true?

Hi, Natalie! It looks like you might not have seen my reply to your question about a week ago (I am fairly forgettable.)

    Here are the takeaways:
    • During peak crowd periods (days surrounding Presidents Day, Easter, mid-Summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas,) Disney exercises seasonal pricing.
    • That means a surcharge to certain dining experiences if paid out of pocket, and a price per day increase to the standard Disney Dining Plan.
    • It's a little more per adult and barely anything more for kids (ages 3-9.)
