    Planning trip to WDW 11/17/13 - 11/23/13. Is WDW decorated for Christmas and is Mickey's Very Merry party an option ? I know the specific dates are not out yet but in past years has this been available before Thanksgiving. Thank you.

    Hi Stacey!  You are not alone in planning for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - there seem to be a lot of questions these days about the very thing you are asking!   Generally, the dates are announced and tickets go on sale around the beginning of May.  Based on last year's dates, there should be several dates for you to choose from during the time that you are at Walt Disney World.  I would suggest subscribing to the Disney Parks Blog to get all of the latest news and events sent directly to your inbox, insuring that you don't miss the announcements about this event.

    I know you're going to really enjoy Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!  The complimentary cider and sugar cookies are so yummy, and the extra-special fireworks really make this a festive night for everyone!
