We are planning a trip to WDW in Sept. We want to purchase tickets to the Not-So-Scarry Halloween party. We were NOT planning on getting park hopper tickets. Can we visit another park and still go to MK for the Halloween party without a park hopper?

Hello Alison!  Thanks for asking you question here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  September is such a great time to visit Walt Disney World and I absolutely love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

To gain entrance into Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, you have to have a ticket exclusively for that event.  If you want to visit any of the theme parks earlier in the day, you would need a separate park ticket. You do not need to upgrade to the Park Hopper Pass to be able to visit a Walt Disney World theme park during the day and then head to the party at night.

Hope this helped clear things up for you.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.  Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
