Hello we are planning a trip to WDW from Oct. 30 through Nov. 5th. Any thing special going on during this time in any of the parks.. I tried to find it out but it is all so overwhelming with all the information on all the sites..

    Hi Lucille,

You're right - there is so much to know about Disney that it can be very overwhelming but we're here to help!

There are some exciting events taking place during your stay.  The 2011 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs from September 30th – November 13th so it will be in full swing during your visit.

As part of the Food & Wine Festival, the Eat to the Beat Concert Series will be held at the America Gardens Theatre in the World Showcase. Concerts are included with theme park admission & held nightly at 5:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m. & 7:45 p.m. During your dates of visit, Hanson will be performing on October 31st - November 1st.

Also during your dates of visit, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be held at the Magic Kingdom on October 30th & 31st and November 1st. This is one of my favorite events at the Magic Kingdom. You can purchase advanced tickets by clicking on the link above.  Those are super popular dates for this experience so if you think you'd like to go, I would try to purchase tickets now.

The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex plays host to lots of different sporting events throughout the year.  It is an amazing state of the art complex. For a list of events during your visit, click here

Let us know if you have any further questions during your planning.  We are super happy to assist you!

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
