We are planning a trip to WDW in November '09. We will have our 3 year old and an 11 month old. Can you recommend a character dining experience that would be appropriate for them? My older son loves Mickey Mouse. Thank you!

My personal preference for a character dining experience for your children would be Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary resort.  This is a great place to meet all the traditional major Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald.  I prefer the dinner over the breakfast but both are wonderful so it just depends on what fits with your schedule best.

A second option for seeing Mickey, Pluto, and Chip and Dale is the Garden Grill in EPCOT and this is offered only for dinner.

Both need reservations and I suggest you call 90 days out from your arrival date since they are very popular.  407-939-3463.
