We're planning a trip to WDW in November. We're staying at The Broadwalk Inn and I was wondering about having a stroller delivered to our resort. Do I have the stroller rental company drop it off at the reservations desk under our name?

    Hi Apryl!

Many guests coming to Walt Disney World prefer to rent strollers once they arrive as it makes traveling much easier. My family has even opted for purchasing one of the great umbrella strollers that Disney offers for sale in all of the stores. They are inexpensive enough that we often donate it back to the resort when we leave.

Disney has authorized several outside Stroller Rental Companies that they work with on a daily basis. When you rent from one of them they will know exactly what to do. They will have your stroller delivered to the bell staff at your resort and it will be waiting for you upon arrival. Just check with them and they can bring it to your room. When you depart you will drop it off again with the Bell Staff and they will have it ready for the Stroller Company to pick it up.

It is best to use one of the authorized companies since they know exactly what Disney requires and the procedure. The resorts will have experience knowing what to do as they have deliveries daily for their guests. Enjoy a care free vacation at the best family destination in the world!
