Planning our 3rd trip to WDW in Nov 2011. First ?, Is this a good time of yr to go? Want to be in WDW for ThnkGiv. Travling with 6 adults & 4 kids. What r our hotel options.. Love CBR & would love to stay there if possible. On a budget!! Thanks

    Hi Brandon,

Visiting the park during Thanksgiving has its pluses and minuses.  The weather during that time of year is usually just right, not too hot, not too cold, and usually not much rain.   Another great benefit is that the kids won't have to miss much school.  The only draw back are the crowds.  Since it sounds like you will be staying at a WDW resort, you will be guaranteed entry into a theme park even if the parks are closed due to high volume.

It appears that there is still availability at the Caribbean Beach Resort.  You will need to get three rooms to fit everyone in your party.  You can look at alternatives such as the cabins at Fort Wilderness or the family suites at the All Star Music Resort, both of which can accommodate up to 6 people.

Check out all the current prices at Walt Disney World Reservation site.

    Have a magical trip

Meet the Panelist: Michelle, New Jersey

I have been fortunate enough to be on the Walt Disney World Moms Panel since 2008.  As a Disney World enthusiast, I can’t imagine a greater opportunity.  My husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and I visit WDW a few times a year.
