    Hi Elizabeth,

While you are in the process of choosing your dates, you may want to start browsing the various wonderful Disney Resorts HERE to see which ones appeal to you.

I'm not sure if you are referring to summer 2011 or 2012. If you're looking to visit this year, then you need to get started as soon as possible on the planning. Advanced Dining Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance (they are starting to book August already). The popular character meals fill up way in advance. They offer a great opportunity to spend time with characters without having to wait in long lines.

Once you narrow down your Resort choices, please send a follow-up question. I'd love to help you plan your very first Walt Disney World vacation!
