Planning our trip to WDW next month. I've seen where it's a good idea to bring a package of mole skin for blisters. I was wondering if it is okay to bring in a smail pair of scissors to cut it with in side the parks. Thanks

Billie, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Moleskin is an absolute park must-have for our family. We are ‘hard-core’ adventurers, going non-stop from dawn to well past dark and my dogs sure do get tired! Sadly, there is nothing magical about blisters. In fact, if you are not prepared for them, they could really put a damper on your otherwise pixie-dust filled day. You are wonderfully wise to include Moleskin in your Park survival kit! We always have with us in the Parks a small first aid kit that includes pain reliever, bandages, first aid cream, Moleskin, and a very small pair of scissors. We have never had an issue before, and have been very thankful to have these items at hand. Of course, make sure everyone has appropriate footwear so you hopefully will not even need the Moleskin during your trip - no glass slippers!

Wishing you and your family a magical time, Billie!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
