We are planning a trip to WDW the last week of September. I was wondering crowd wise if this is a good time to go? Also, is going to Magic Kingdom on sunday a good idea crowd wise? We want to get the most out of our trip. Thank you!

    Hi Kristin!

September is a great month to visit Walt Disney World!  It's after summer vacation and before the major holidays, like Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.  You will still run into crowds, but they should be easily manageable.  The weather will be warm, so make sure you pack your sunscreen and hat and keep yourself well hydrated.

Magic Kingdom on a Sunday is nice.  Most guests use Sunday's as their traveling home day, the parks tend to be less crowded overall on Sunday's.  Have you checked out www.TouringPlans.com?  This is an excellent tool to predict crowd levels way in advance.  They also have a great phone app for checking ride times while you are in the parks.  This helps me plan my days as far as which park to go to and which ride I should head to next.

    Have a magical day!
