    Hi! I am planning a trip to WDW for 2025(kind of far away I know). I am currently pregnant with my daughter, She will be 5 yrs old when we go. I was just wondering how far in advance I could buy tickets and get things ready for our trip?

    Hello Sarah! You are a planner! The Disney Parks Moms Panel loves planners! Thanks for coming to ask your question as you start thinking about your 2025 vacation! Also, congratulations on the new addition to your family!

    The Walt Disney World Resort allows Guests to book a room-only reservation 499-days in advance of their vacation! To book a room-only reservation that far in advance, you need to call (407)939-7639. Please note this reservation will not allow you to book a package including room, park tickets, or a Disney Dining Plan. Walt Disney World Resort vacation packages are typically made available in June or July for the following year. So for 2025, you might want to start looking in the summer of 2024. However, these timetables are always subject to change and I strongly encourage you to regularly check the Walt Disney World Resort website.

    I like to book my room-only reservation far in advance. Once vacation packages or special offers are made available, I call back to revise my reservation to include park tickets and the Disney Dining Plan. While there is no guarantee that your room choice will still be available, I have never had a problem with this planning strategy.
