We are planning a trip to WDW in June 2016. We will be flying in and looking at staying at the WD Dolphin Hotel. Is there transportation from airport to hotel? I didn't see that one on the list and may need to change before finalizing plans!

Hi Jodi! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort in June has always been a great time for my family. The weather is typically very warm but it makes for perfect pool or Water Park days! We usually visit the Theme Parks in the morning and schedule in a break in the afternoon to cool off. We then head back to the Theme Parks after our afternoon breaks feeling refreshed and ready to experience more magic!

While the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is technically a Walt Disney World Resort hotel it does not offer Disney's Magical Express shuttle to and from the Orlando International Airport. If you do choose to stay at this Resort hotel, in my opinion the best transportation option would be to make a reservation with Mears Transportation. While they do charge a fee for the service, roundtrip fare is often less expensive than using a taxi service.

I do love using Disney's Magical Express as it takes a lot of worry out of your vacation. They do all of the work for you even taking your luggage. I suggest staying at a hotel that does offer you this service. My family loves Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter Resort. Both of these Resort hotels are very family friendly and offer a lot of amenities.

    Have an #Unforgettable time!
