we are planning a trip to WDW in July and are thinking about adding the QSDP to our trip. I have heard it is more convenient with young kids. Can you get buffet meals with this plan or just on the regular dining plan?

Hi Kerry! It sure sounds like you're planning a delicious Walt Disney World vacation for this summer!

The Quick Service Dining Plan includes counter-service meals and snacks as part of the food credits provided with this option. You'll also receive a refillable drink mug good for unlimited beverage refills at your Disney resort hotel.

Buffet meals are considered table-service credits and would therefore be included in the Magic Your Way Plus Dining or higher level plan selections. If you choose one of these plans, be certain to make advanced dining reservations online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 prior to leaving home.

Simply click this link for details on each of the Disney Dining Plans and check out a recent answer I provided to a guest on maximizing your dining plan credits.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
