Hi! We are planning a trip WDW July 1-7! It will be our sons bday on the 3rd.My son will turn 8 and my daughter is 4! Do u suggest anything special for bdays? And can you reserve prefered sitting for fireworks? Thanks.

    Hi Nadine!!!

I just recently went to Walt Disney World for my birthday for the first time and I wasn't shy to let everyone it was my birthday!!!  It was a blast!!

I would definitely recommend going by Guest Relations and getting a Birthday Pin for your son to wear.  It is so cool walking through the theme parks and having people telling you Happy Birthday.  I wore my pin for the whole weekend I was there and I would encourage your son to do the same.  Don't just wear it on his birthday!  Make it a birthweek!!!

The only suggestion I have for you in reserving preferred seating for Wishes would be to book the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party.  This does cost to book, but I think it would be a magical way for your son to celebrate!!!  You get a wonderful dessert selection and get reserved seating for Wishes!!!

Please feel free to return to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel with any additional questions you might have!!

    Have a magical trip!!
