Hi I am planning a trip WDW in Feb 14 and was wondering which of the 3 mod resorts would be best for my 8 and 5 year old boys for their first trip.

    Hi Logan,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. It is always fun to get the planning started, especially for a first trip to Walt Disney World.

I think I have a great resort to recommend for you and your boys. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a moderate resort that is very centrally located on property. Better yet, they have specially themed pirate rooms available that I think would be total wow factor for your little guys. The beds in these rooms are fashioned as pirate ships and the furniture is made to look like wooden crates and barrels right off the boat. The extra little touches in these rooms will add that little bit of magic to your stay there. These rooms are limited in availability and are a bit more in price, but totally worth it, in my opinion.

Not only are the rooms fun, but the pool at Caribbean Beach Resort is themed after an old Spanish-style mission fort. With 2 water slides and water-spray cannons, it is sure to offer tons of splashing fun for your whole family.

I hope you'll consider this fun suggestion of mine. Regardless of where you choose to stay, may your trip be full of treasured memories. Feel free to stop back by and ask me more questions as your planning continues.
