    We R planning our trip to WDW for Feb 3-11, 2009. Has free dining been offered in the past for this week? What about other special promotions due to our dates being during "value" season? Any other discs/promos for this time historically? THX!

    Typically I have not seen many promotions offered during early February.

    There is often a WDW package that is discounted but no free dining. A great resource for looking at promotion trends is mousesavers.com. Under the resorts section there is actually a historical discount chart. It shows when discounts were released for the past few years.

    Early February offers low crowds but not many promotions due to value prices already in effect. Also, the parks will soon be filled with guests arriving for the President's holiday week.
