    Planning a trip to WDW in fall of 2013. We would like to utilize the military discounts available; specifically the park admission tickets. Can we combine this promotion with the free dining plan promotion should that become available in the fall?

    I really don't like having to be the bearer of bad news, Kate, but sometimes I have to do just that and this is one of those times.  While there is no word yet on whether or not Disney will offer a free dining promotion this fall, we can take a hint from history in this case.  That is to say that, historically speaking, the free dining promotions offered in the fall have required that guests purchase a vacation package to include theme park tickets.  Those are the regularly-priced theme park tickets; military discounted tickets would not qualify.  It is worth running some numbers to see whether you'd benefit more greatly from the free dining promotion or the military admission tickets.  Best of luck in scoring a great deal!
