Planning a trip to WDW at the end of July 2012 with my 13 yo and 2 yo kids. Are there any rides for kids under 3? And what's the ticket price for kids under 3? Also are there 2 day passes to the parks?

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at just how many attractions your young child can experience, Dinley.  Your little one is welcome to ride any attraction that doesn't have a height requirement.  Classic Disney favorites such as Pirates of the Caribbean and it's a small world welcome even the youngest guests.  It is up to your discretion, of course, to decide whether dark rides would frighten your child.  Further good news is that children under the age of three are granted complimentary admission to the theme parks.

As for two-day passes, you can purchase Magic Your Way tickets, customized to your needs.  You get to specify how many days you want to spend in the parks, as well as whether or not you want the ability to park hop and visit the water parks.  You can find further details on that HERE.  I hope that helps!
