We are planning a trip to WDW in early Feb. 2013. We stayed at BLT last year in a regular room. This trip we wanted a litte more room. Which 1 bedroom villa does anyone recommend and why, Beach Club, BLT, Boardwalk?

    Hi Veronica,

Don't you just love the amenities in the Disney Vacation Club one bedroom villas?  I know I do!

How many people are in your group, Veronica?  If you have five people, you'll need to book the one bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower.  That's the only property of the three you mention that can sleep five in a one bedroom villa.

If your group is four or less, then I suggest Disney's Beach Club Villas.  I stayed there in March 2011 and was blown away by the space in a one bedroom villa.  The resort is charming and it only took me 5 minutes to walk to the International Gateway entrance of Epcot from my villa.  And if anyone in your party enjoys swimming, you can't beat the themed pool at Disney's Beach Club Resort.  (Guests of the Beach Club Villas are welcome to use it too).  Stormalong Bay is incredible.  I also love the relaxed ambiance and prefer the dining options at this resort.  This is definitely the resort I would choose for my own family.
