Rapunzel is not available at this time for any Character Meals. The place to Meet and Greet her is in the Magic Kingdom at the Town Square Courtyard next to City Hall. The Courtyard can be found just past the entrance to Magic Kingdom, and if you are looking at the Cinderella's Castle, it is on your left next to City Hall. Rapunzel is there starting at 9:20 am and also various times during the day. I would make this a priority and go there as soon as the Magic Kingdom opens for the day to minimize waiting in lines. Make sure you bring your autograph books and cameras to capture these magical memories!
