    We're planning a trip to WDW in 2010. We decided to stay at AKL w/ a savannah view. Which savannah is best & is there a better floor to request for viewing animals? I'm hoping I won't be disappointed in the AKL. We stayed at the WL last year and LOVED

    Hi Heather - My family stayed in a savannah view room last year at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and we loved it!  I hope that you enjoy it also. 

    I think all of the savannahs are great, but my family stayed on the zebra trail and saw loads of animals, including a baby giraffe.  In addition, the zebra trail is conveniently located with easy access to the lobby, the pool, and the restaurants.  As for the floors, I really don't think there's a better floor to request.
