    I am planning a trip to WDW in December of 2013 and am trying to keep cost down but still be able to do the dining plan, etc. If we stay at a WDW Good Neighbor Hotel can we still do the meal plan

    Hi Danae!

    The Disney Dining Plan is exclusive to guests staying at a Walt Disney World resort.  It is not offered if you are staying off property.  The best thing to do is to price out how much it will cost if you choose a Disney resort with the dining plan and compare it to an off property hotel and an estimate of how much you will spend on meals.  The Value resorts are great choices for families on a budget!
