Hi Beth!
How fun it is planning that first Disney World trip! Congrats to you! The months will take agonizingly long ("Will it get here already?!") so just hold tight! Our family has visited Disney the past 2 December's, and I can say, it's definitely magical being there that time of the year...
OK. So you got a daughter's who's 6 and 2 toddler sons? I would give Playhouse Disney at Hollywood & Vine (Disney's Hollywood Studios) a shot. It's a great experience for kids, and although your daughter is +5, she still should enjoy seeing the characters such as Disney's Little Einstein characters (we went with my daughter last December, who was also 6, and she had a blast). They usually have a Playhouse Disney "MC" who will come out with the characters, and really get the place moving! The food is good (character meals Breakfast and Lunch only) and a great excuse to visit the Hollywood Studio park.
So have an amazing time, and remember to soak it all in! It takes forever to get to the vacation and then it seems to go so fast when it actually happens! :-)
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
