Planning a trip to WDW in August. Want to spend 5 nights at Beach Club then head to Disney's Vero Beach resort for 2 nights. Is this something that people frequently do? If so, do you think that 2 nights is enough at VB or will we be rushing things?

    Hi Eric,

I sense a beach theme emerging in your upcoming August vacation. Sounds like fun!  Combining a Walt Disney World vacation with a visit to Disney's Vero Beach Resort is a popular option among guests.

Disney's Vero Beach Resort is a beautiful, beachside family resort.  My family stayed at this resort for five nights two summers ago and that felt like a nice length of stay.  You're going to love the pool, the dining options, and the friendly Cast Members there.  It will be hard to see and do everything at this resort in two days, but two days is certainly better than none at all!  You'll be able to get a taste of the resort in that amount of time.  Be sure to check out the list of resort activities as soon as you check in so that you can quickly prioritize which ones are most important to your travel party.  Plan to spend some time on the beach and at the resort pool.  Both experiences are worthy of your time.  Let us know if you need any suggestions for restaurants located nearby.

Wishing you a magical trip in August.
