I am planning a trip to WDW in August. Our first night I am planning on have dinner in Epcot at Tutto Italia, and then heading over to MK for the Electrical Parade at 9pm then EMH. Would a 6pm reservation give us enough time to get to the parade at MK?

    Hi there, Kathryn!

I like that you are making some good plans in advance of your trip to Walt Disney World.  Great thinking!  If scoping out a good location for viewing the parade is important to you, I would urge you to arrive early.  If the parade is scheduled for 9pm, you will want to at least be in place by 8:15/8:30.  With construction happen at the castle hub, a good view will be a little more difficult to come by.  Because it is an EMH night, check and see if there is a later parade that night.  That might be another option for you.  If the 9pm show ends up being the choice for you, I'd suggest you allow at least an hour for travel time back to Magic Kingdom Park via monorail.  Ideally, I would suggest leaving Tutto Italia by 7pm at the latest.  Check-in for your reservation at least 10 minutes in advance and let the staff know of your timetable.

Please let us know if we can asset your again.  We are happy to help.

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
