We are planning a trip to WDW around March or April 2012. Port Orleans Resort Riverside has a Trundle bed, would that room fit a family of 5 kids ages 16, 14 and 10? My ten year old is a big girl (tall) Or would I be better off in the value family suite?

Port Orleans Riverside can accommodate a family of five, assuming one child sleeps on the trundle, Celeste.  That said, the trundle is definitely on the small side, and if your ten-year-old is tall for her age then she probably wouldn't be comfortable sleeping there.  One of the family suites at Disney's All Star Music resort is probably a better fit for your growing family.  Another option would be the Fort Wilderness cabins.  They fall into Disney's moderate resort category.  Accommodations there include a full kitchen and separate bedroom.  Just a thought.  Good luck with your decision!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
