    Hi, Krystye!

It sounds like you have a wonderful trip ahead of you this November. Traveling with a large group can be so much fun, especially if you’ve done plenty of advanced planning! Keep in mind that Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with a large group of family or friends have the ability to link multiple reservations and vacation packages together through the general booking department of the Walt Disney Travel Company. There are also many wonderful experiences for large parties to enjoy together, such as the Sunrise Safari, Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage and Disney’s Family Magic Tour. Check out the Special Events & Tours page on the Walt Disney World website for more ideas and call (407) WDW-TOUR or (407) 939-8687 to make reservations.

All of the Walt Disney World restaurants are open on Thanksgiving Day, and many offer a traditional turkey meal. A popular choice that would also be good for a large group is Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom Park. In the past, Guests have dined on roasted turkey, carved beef, sliced pork, and a variety of delicious side dishes. Buffet locations, such as Chef Mickey’s, will generally have traditional holiday items like turkey and stuffing available. Table-service restaurants may have a special entree or traditional turkey dinner offered, and regular menu items may or may not be offered depending on the location.

I hope this information helps, Krystye. Please feel free to ask me more questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
