We are planning a trip to WDW. We always use the dining plan, but end up with left over counter service credits. In the past, we have used them on the morning of departure, but I have heard they can be exchanged for 3-4 snacks each. Is this true? Thanks!

    Hi there Christy,

The answer to your question is pretty "iffy" due to an official policy change that occurred earlier this year.  In the past, guests have been able to exchange leftover Counter Service credits for 3 snacks at pretty much any location.  The new policy has done away with this and the only way around it is to purchase a quick service meal at a resort food court.  The resort food courts carry items in the grab and go section which are packable as opposed to those quick service locations in the parks. You would have the Cast Member ring up a quick service meal, but you just wouldn't actually get the entree. You would choose 3 snack items or drinks.

    Best Wishes,
