I am planning a trip to Walt Disney World in Sept 2021. I want to book the little mermaid room at Art of Animation. But its says "2 queen beds or 1 king bed" I really need the 2 queen beds. Is there a way I can request that?

Hello there, Nikki! Welcome to planDisney!

Congratulations on booking a fall trip to Walt Disney World. I am so happy to hear that you will soon be staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort in a Little Mermaid room! The fun themed decor in this room will transport you right “under the sea!”

There are multiple ways to make the room-type request you desire. First off, you may make the request after booking by calling Disney Reservations. Alternatively, requests can be made during the Online check-in process on your My Disney Experience account, which will become available to you 60 days before your check-in date. I would recommend that you try both routes to give yourself the best chance of being successful, as these requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability!
