    We are planning a trip to Walt Disney World and will be renting a stroller from one of the off site company's. I understand they can deliver the stroller to our resort. My question is can we pick it up before we actually check into our room?

    Hi Adria:

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending us your question.  I have rented strollers from off-site several times and I absolutely love the service.  When you order your stroller, you will need to provide an arrival date as well as time, in order to pick up your stroller.  Your stroller will be waiting for you according to the time and date you provide on your stroller reservation.  My strollers have always been waiting for me even if our room was not yet available.
