I understand, Daniel. Not only would a printed map save your kids from screen time, but a more tangible illustration might be more engaging for them. I can help!
While Walt Disney World is not currently providing printed
maps or brochures, you can download the maps yourself and print them at home. Not only will this option allow you to have a hands-on guide, it will also allow you to print each family member his or her own copy to mark up with a personalized selection of must-do experiences.
To print your maps, follow these steps:
1. Visit
Disneyworld.com.
2. Locate the “Parks & Tickets” tab towards the top of the page, next to the Walt Disney World trademark.
3. Select the name of any theme park from that dropdown menu and click.
4. Just under the picture at the top of the page, you’ll find a blue download icon towards the left of the page, listed under “location.”
5. Download and print the Guide Map.
6. Repeat for the remaining theme parks.
Once you arrive, you can pick up a map near the entrance of each park, if you wish.
I hope this helps, Daniel. And I hope your family has a great time putting your heads together to come up with a practically perfect itinerary!
