We are planning our 4th trip but this time we are bringing a 2 and 4 yr old. We are looking into the not so scary halloween party, any suggestions and is it worth the extra money?

    Hello Sarah,

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is my all time favorite time of year at Disney World! What could be better than partying all night with your favorite characters? The weather's usually fabulous. And because MNSSHP requires a separate admission ticket, crowd levels are typically really manageable.

Even though the party doesn't start until 7 p.m., in the past, Cast Members have permitted Guests with tickets to enter as early as 4 p.m. so you can get a few hours in at the Park. Talk about getting your money's worth! And yes...costumes aren't just for the little ones. I always go dressed up too! I think your little ones will enjoy trick-or-treating in the Magic Kingdom.

And if you decide to go, make sure to look for the Headless Horseman. He starts up the Parade every night!

    Happy trip planning!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
