    I am planning a trip in 2012 for my three kids (8,5,4). I would prefer the convenience of staying at the Contemporary Resort but the price of the value resorts is attractive. Is it worth the money to stay close or is transportation easier than I expect?

    If convenience is your first priority, then I would definitely recommend Disney's Contemporary Resort. The resort is absolutely fabulous and there's nothing like walking out of your room and boarding the Monorail without leaving the building! I love Disney's value resorts because the price is great and the service is just as awesome. But transportation can sometimes be overwhelming, especially during high crowd seasons. So weigh those priorities and choose whichever will make your trip a pleasant one.
