My DH and I are planning a trip 2/09-2/19/12. Thinking of trying California Grill for dinner the evening of the 14th in hopes of having a great view for the fireworks. What time does our reservation need to be to optimize this magical night? Will have DP.

    Hi Donna,

Dining at the California Grill while enjoying Wishes is fabulous!

Disney usually posts their online calendars six months in advance. Currently, the calendars through November 2011 are up so check back in a couple of months.

Once they post the calendars, you will know how to better plan your reservation times at the California Grill. I would make my reservations around 45 minutes prior to the time the fireworks are scheduled. That will give you some leeway in case you aren't seated right away. And if you are seated on time, you'll likely be finishing up your meal and starting on dessert when the fireworks begin.

You can check park hours, parade & fireworks schedules for all four of the theme parks online by clicking on these links:

    Magic Kingdom
    Disney's Hollywood Studios
    Disney's Animal Kingdom
    Epcot

Select your month of travel from the drop down list next to the View Month tab. Then click on a specific day for parade & fireworks schedules.

Please keep in mind the fireworks schedules are always subject to change without notice.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
