Hi Larry! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
Disneyland Hotel is my family's favorite pick for an onsite hotel stay at Disneyland Resort. You'll love the retro style, dining choices, and location by the Disneyland Monorail, which takes you right into Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park. Plus, you can grab a Dole Whip at Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill on your way back from the parks to enjoy by the pool or in your room. It's the best!
Reservations for 2024 have not opened up, so I can't speak to rates yet. The next year's dates typically become available at the end of the summer, so check back soon and often! However, if you'd like to get a peek at the 3 Bedroom Family Connecting Suite at Disneyland Hotel, navigate to the "
Rooms" link on the Disneyland Hotel page and scroll down until you see the Suite listed. Click "View Photos" to see photos of the Suite. The Suite sleeps 14 adults. The 2 Bedroom Family Connecting Suite sleeps 10 adults and the 2 Bedroom Junior Connecting Suite sleeps 8 adults, so depending on how you prefer your sleeping arrangements, these choices could also be a workable option for your group.
There will be a new option at Disneyland Hotel: Villas! Keep scrolling through those room options and you'll find them towards the bottom. Some of these could sleep your group as well. The 2 Bedroom Villa will sleep 9 and the 3 Bedroom Grand Villa will sleep 12. Be sure to check out those room pictures too, because they're absolutely gorgeous. It'll be very exciting when they open.
You could also go with a Suite at
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The 3 Bedroom Suite sleeps 12, Arcadia Suites can sleep as many as 11, depending on selection, Arroyo Suites up to 13, depending on selection, El Capitan Suite - 2 Bedrooms sleeps up to 9, and the Mount Whitney Suite - 3 Bedrooms can sleep 10 adults. There are lots of choices in that beautiful hotel, but availability can be limited, so booking as soon as 2024 dates become available would be important.
Finally, Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel is currently being reimagined and its transformation should be complete by the time you plan to arrive. There are
options available at this hotel, which could comfortably sleep your group, including the 2 Bedroom Suite, the Dana Point Suite - 2 Bedrooms, the Dana Point Suite - 3 Bedrooms, the Huntington Suite - 2 Bedrooms, Laguna Suite - 2 Bedrooms, Malibu Suite - 2 Bedrooms, and Newport Suite - 2 Bedrooms. However, since the hotel is being reimagined, the photos currently on the website might not reflect the fun new space you'd experience in 2024. I'm very curious about how it will all turn out.
I hope that helps! I love visiting with a big group. I think it maximizes the fun. If you have additional questions about traveling with a bigger group, feel free to come back.
Have a magical day.
Elizabeth
