    Hi, were planning a trip, were going to be staying at Kidani and would like to have the Kilimanjaro Concierge Club access but would like to stay on preferably the 2nd floor. Is that possible or would we have to stay on the club level? Need 1 bedroom villa.

    Thank you so much for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We love helping guests to plan magical vacations.

    The Kilimanjaro Club Concierge at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House is amazing. My husband and I experienced this years ago. We so enjoyed the delicious African-inspired fare available in the concierge lounge. The cast members who worked in concierge were able to assist us with so much, including dining reservations. The lounge itself is beautiful, richly decorated and lush. It is a calming place to relax after a busy day of touring the theme parks, or to start your day before heading out to the theme parks.

    I called Disney Vacation Club Member Services and spoke with a wonderful cast member, who confirmed that in order to have access to Kilimanjaro Club Concierge, you must be staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom - Jambo House in a deluxe studio or villa booked as Kilimanjaro Club Concierge. The concierge lounge is located at Disney's Animal Kingdom - Jambo House, so this would put you closer to the concierge lounge.
