I am planning a trip to take my seven year old granddaughter and this will be our first trip and her first plane ride. I wanted to know if it was a good idea for us to get a park hopper pass or not. Sould we stay in one park per day? We're there 5 days.

    Hi Tracey,

I think 7 is a great age for a Disney vacation. My son is 7 right now and he absolutely loves everything at Walt Disney World.

I generally recommend park hopper tickets because I think it's a good way to optimize your trip. Sometimes we prefer to go to the World Showcase in Epcot at night, but would rather to go to another park during the day. In addition, Animal Kingdom can usually be done in a half day or so, and if you have the park hopper, you can go to another park after that.

I hope that helps you make a decision. Have a great vacation!
