Hi Bonita,
How exciting to see you planning a group trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! planDisney is here to assist!
Yes, you can certainly link
My Disney Experience accounts and plan together. Connect and/or link other members of your party through the
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. To connect with folks that have a My Disney Experience account, just go to the My Family & Friends link in My Disney Experience, click on Add A Guest, and then select to enter the person's name and age. Once you enter that info, you should see an option to send them an email to connect. Be sure to send that email to the same email address they use with their My Disney Experience account.
Once you are all linked, be sure that everyone has valid theme park admission linked in their account. Also make sure that when you connect with family and friends, you have selected to Share All Plans with everyone traveling with you. Once you have everyone linked and are sharing plans, one person should be able to make your
Disney Park Pass system and
advanced dining reservations.
As you plan, remember to make note of when your
advanced dining reservation window opens and make those reservations. With a party of seven, it may be difficult to find reservations. You may have to look for reservations as a party of three and a party of four. If so, remember to select a different member of your party as the lead on the reservation. The same person cannot have two dining reservations at the same time. For example, you may find two reservations for 4:30 p.m. If so, you could select yourself as the lead Guest on one and you will need to select another member of your group as the lead Guest on the other reservation.
Bonita, it sounds like you are headed for Planner of the Year award! With a little patience and pixie dust, you will create the most magical time for your crew!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
