Hi, Jamee! Thanks for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I think you'll find that all of the moms around here swear by the Baby Care Centers inside the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. They're like an oasis of calm in the sometimes hectic atmosphere of a busy park. It's a wonderful place to have your little ones take a break, change a diaper, have a meal and maybe get in a little snuggle time before heading back out to the fun.
There isn't a specific place to put your children down for nap time in the Baby Care Centers, but you can pull up a rocking chair and rock your drowsy little ones to sleep in your lap. There will be some activity going on, with some children coloring or reading while their younger siblings are being changed in the next room, and there's usually a TV playing Disney cartoons (of course!). Unless your children need absolute quiet to drift off to dreamland, I think you'll enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
For a different approach, when my little guy was still taking naps we had a stroller with a seat that reclined to a flat position so he could lie down in it. You can't take strollers inside the Baby Care Centers, so we'd just find a shady corner, grab ourselves a soda and a snack, and let him fall asleep in the stroller. That way, we could be mobile while he was sleeping. Win-win!
I hope this helps you plan your perfect Walt Disney World vacation, Jamee - complete with well-rested little ones! Please visit us again if you have any more questions.
Have a magical day,
Kathy K.
